Terms and conditions
A summary in English of the terms that apply to every Mylikes subscription.
The Dutch text is the only binding version
Mylikes is a service of Gung Ho B.V., registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 85797766). Our terms and conditions and our privacy statement are drafted in Dutch, and Dutch law applies. The summary below is provided in English for your convenience only; it has no legal force, and in case of any discrepancy the Dutch version prevails.
In short
- Mylikes carries out daily interactions with the audience of your Instagram account: viewing stories, liking posts and following accounts. We map your audience and adjust the targeting periodically. The work is done from physical phones in our own infrastructure.
- We commit to best efforts, not to a specific result. The figures on this website are averages across our client base and are not a guarantee for an individual account. Results differ by niche, content quality and starting position.
- You give us access to the Instagram account we manage for you, keep that account within Instagram’s rules, and share current information about your audience. You remain responsible for the content you post.
- Subscriptions run per month or per quarter and are renewed automatically for the same period. You can cancel until the end of the current period, with no notice period and at no cost, by emailing info@mylikes.nl.
- All prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance per subscription period. If payment fails to arrive, we may suspend the service after informing you.
- We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. Instagram is a third-party platform and changes to it are outside our control.
- We may amend these terms. For material changes we inform you by email before they take effect, and you may cancel as of the end of the current period.
- Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the district where we are established.
