Mylikes is a service of Gung Ho B.V., registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 85797766). Our terms and conditions and our privacy statement are drafted in Dutch, and Dutch law applies. The summary below is provided in English for your convenience only; it has no legal force, and in case of any discrepancy the Dutch version prevails.
In short
- Gung Ho B.V., established in Amsterdam (Chamber of Commerce 85797766), is the data controller. Privacy questions: info@mylikes.nl.
- We process contact and account details (name, email address, company name and the name of your Instagram account), the access to your Instagram account you provide during onboarding, billing and payment details processed through our payment provider, and the information about your audience and niche that you share with us for targeting.
- We use that data to deliver the service (performance of the contract), to invoice (legal obligation) and to inform you about your subscription (legitimate interest). We do not sell data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.
- We share data with our payment provider and with our hosting provider, Vercel. Beyond that, only where the law obliges us to.
- This website collects anonymised visit statistics without cookies and without tracking individual visitors. That is why you see no cookie banner.
- We keep account data for as long as you are a client and up to 12 months after. Billing data is kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Access credentials for your Instagram account are deleted immediately when your subscription ends.
- Access credentials are stored encrypted and are available only to staff who need them for the work. The connection to this website is encrypted (https).
- You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and to object to processing. Email info@mylikes.nl and we will respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
